Foods hamsters love

• any green vegetable.
• any sort of fruits, except citrus fruits like oranges.
• cooked chicken/fish
• dog biscuit
• sweet corn
• carrot
• plain tofu
• plain low fat yogurt
• mealworms
• crickets

Foods to avoid

• chocolate and candies
  
• potatoes (raw)
  
• apple seeds and grape seeds
  
• eggplant
• garlic and onions
• canned food
• almonds
• citrus fruits
• watermelon
  

Give a variety of food to keep your hamsters happy, just make sure you feed them small amount of fresh food in a single day, too much may make them diarrhea.
